I am Ohabuiro Sylvia Chinyere, an undergraduate of soil science department in federal university of technology minna,niger state. I am a baker and the owner of Daisy Chops.Daisy Chops is a baking brand that is specialized in making of pastries,cakes and different varieties of fpod for different occassions.
Daisy chops started fully in the year 2022 and is currenty undergoing more training in order to expand it.
Some of the challenges faced in the brand is lack of some baking tools and equipment that will used in order to aid easy and fast production that will reduce stress and save more time.
I see my brand going global in years to come where we will serve internationally.And aslo train students both online and offsite.
I will be using the grant to get an oven to make baking faster and also in large quantities. I will also get a mixer and a measuring scale too.
