My name is Ayandoye Blessing Titilope, I’m an undergraduate student of Quantity Surveying at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State. I’m also a Baker and the Creative Director of BlissFul Chops ‘n’ Cooks.
BlissFul Chops ‘n’ Cooks is a baking brand that specializes in the baking of Cakes, Pastries, Chops and Nigeria Dishes. We are also into training of young people who are interested in learning the art of baking.
BlissFul Chops ‘n’ Cooks is the product of the 2022 eight months strike. I officially started my brand on the 6th of July, 2022. I decided to learn more and enrolled in Cake and pastry classes where I learnt the art of baking and pastry making and got certified in April 2023.
Some of the challenges I encountered are getting potential buyers that will patronise the brand, lack of baking tools and equipments that will aid production, reduce stress and save time. With all of these challenges, I never gave up but believe that I could do more.
